Advocacy & Direct Access Work

Legal representation shouldn’t be a privilege. I find Direct Access work both gratifying and disappointing. Gratifying because my clients are always appreciative. Disappointing because I reflect that there must be many situations where individuals are left without any adequate representation. Reference is made to people falling between the cracks. However, we are not talking about cracks, but in reality chasms.

Notable work: I am deeply involved in the HPT litigation, fighting for justice on behalf of victims affected for decades.

How to apply for legal support

Individuals seeking representation can apply directly through the contact form, providing details of their case for consideration.

I offer direct access services and pro bono representation, particularly in:

  • 1

    Personal injury

  • 2

    Clinical negligence

  • 3

    Group litigation

My Promise

I believe in simplifying the law, making it more efficient and just. Through mediation, writing and advocacy, I work towards a legal system that serves people rather than corporations.
